COMPANY VALUES

WINDALCO has been establishing itself as a good corporate citizen with a reputation for a high standard of integrity. To support this, the Company has established the following values which serve as guidelines for all employees at all levels of the organisation:

  • Means treating each other with appropriate sensitivity. Typical respect behaviour is characterized by: courtesy, dignity, trust, understanding and recognition.

  • Means all employees will be given timely and relevant information and are able to express themselves on what will impact them and the Company.

Consistency in Action

  • Means the Organisation and the individuals on in it are predictable and fair in the way issues are dealt with.

Excellence in Execution

  • Means doing what needs to be done and doing it right, instead of just doing what you are asked to do. Employees are recognised for jobs well done.

Integrity of Behaviour

  • Means each employee shall behave in accordance with the WINDALCO Code of Conduct.
